Red Poppies

With the help of Lenore Crawford, participants of this workshop will begin the designing of a small fused project. Students will select one of Lenore’s patterns, Yellow Poppies, Yellow or Magenta Cone Flower, One Poppy, or Red Poppies.

Using Lenore’s simple fusing technique the design will be created on a fabric background. No sewing will be done during this workshop. Students will learn how to make patterns from their own photos, how to see value differences, and create texture with fabric.

Lenore will also demonstrate how to add fabric paints to the finished design to add detail and depth.
