Create a colorful woven basket quilt full of joyful flowers with Laura Wasilowske using fusing techniques like pattern transfer, bias weaving, and bias braiding.
A colorful and humorous history of the artist’s life presented with slides of her narrative quilts, followed by information about the design process and techniques used in creating them. Featured with the lecture is a display of small art quilts and a trunk show of hand dyed fabric and threads from the Artfabrik dyers.

A lecture of the visual and philosophical ideas that have influenced Jane Sassaman and her work. This is a very colorful lecture designed to excite and inspire the audience by exposing them to an unusual combination of fantastic images.
Learn to combine large scale prints with other prints with Bill Kerr of the Modern Quilt Studio.
What makes a quilt modern? Using examples from the book "Quilts Made Modern", Bill Kerr will explain what makes a quilt modern and how you might include modern techniques and design approaches in your next project.
Have fun learning paper piecing basics and all the little tricks for success with Mary Hertel. This class is suitable for beginning quilters as well as more advanced students. We will be making two whimsical blocks from Mary’s book, "Sew Yourself a Merry Little Christmas".
With spring coming soon, can the tasty potluck supper be far behind? Mark Tuesday, April 16, on your calendar! The potluck will start at 6:30 and there will be a regular business meeting following the supper.

This will be a working UFO and BOUTIQUE item making day. Let Barb or Edie know that you will attend and they will make sure you have a table. There is no charge for this day.
We will be learning a bit about longarm quilting and spend the evening talking and exchanging thoughts and questions with the several longarm quilters who are members of our guild.

Come and join the fun as we cut, piece and complete a Quilt of Valor quilt top in 2 hours! Once it’s finished it will be quilted for the Quilts of Valor presentation during the 2019 Quilt Show.

Raid your stash! Donate your treasures to the Raffle and Silent Auction at the January Ways & Means meeting. Almost anything "goes" for Raffle items...thread, fabrics, yardage, books, patterns, kits, equipment and more. Silent Auction items are quilts, toppers, table runners, partially finished pieces, quilted garments, small quilts, pillow cases and more.
The meeting will start at 6:00pm. Drop off will begin at 5:30pm.

Guests and new members are always welcome. Currently, a guest may attend a meeting by paying the guest fee. There is a limit of 3 meetings per year for guests.
Unless otherwise noted: Members of Village Quilters have priority seating at all workshops until two months before the workshop date. Open enrollment begins two months before the workshop date. At that time, any interested person may sign up for the workshop.
Register online, at a guild meeting, or download the workshop registration form to register by mail. Registration is complete when payment is received.
