Make. Quilt. Tote.

Don’t already have two mini quilt tops or an idea for a patchwork panel design that would make a great tote? No worries! If you wish, Amy will provide the pattern for her Geometric Tote panel for you to make in advance. You’ll finish the day with a sophisticated quilted tote worthy of admiration and envy! It will be quilted with gorgeous texture, have a durable bottom panel, two pockets, and cotton webbing straps!

Amy recently spoke at QuiltCon 2024 and has contributed original sewing and quilt patterns to issues of Modern Patchwork, Stitch magazine, and Quiltfolk Patterns. She has authored a book of modern applique projects and had her quilts published in Modern Quilts: Designs of the New Century and Curated Quilts magazine. She is honored to have a quilt in the Modern Quilt Guild Collection of the International Quilt Museum.

Supply list and instructions.

You will need to come prepared to class with pre-cut fabric and already assembled panels for the tote bag front and back.

Amy's Geometric Tote panel pattern (see photo below) will be emailed to registered participants starting in July.
